WHAT ABOUT ANIMALS?
Being vegan is as good for humans’ health as it is for animal welfare. There is no nutritional need for humans to eat any animal product; all our dietary needs, even as infants and children, are best supplied by a meatless diet.

Veganism is living a cruelty free life by abstaining to eat animals, wearing garments made from animals or purchasing products that were tested on animals.

Because vegan diets contain plenty of fresh fruit & vegetables, grains, cereals, nuts & seeds, they are higher in vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and fibre. Healthy vegan diets are abundant with vitamins B1, C, and E, folic acid, magnesium, and iron while also being low in cholesterol and saturated fats.

Animal agriculture is one of the largest contributors of human-made gas emissions, deforestation, water pollution, and air pollution.

In person, online through skype or zoom, vegan coaching sessions include analizing clients goals, current diet and making suggestions on how to get a balanced vegan diet, lose weight, get fit. For newbies or wannabe vegans, all help is given for a smooth transition into the vegan world. Each session includes 2 delicious meal plans

VEGAN COACHING & MEAL PLANS
In person, online through skype or zoom, this program is for you if you are new to veganism and if you are not sure how to combine ingredients to prepare your meals, or if you are a vegan eating a diet of convenience (junk food) and not getting enough nutrition or gaining weight. Meet me on a 90 min first session to identify your goals, build confidence & finding a healthy lifestyle that works for you; along with 60 min follow up sessions (once a week) - or 30 min twice a week- to learn about food preparation, combining meals, eat the right food, create a personalized menu and analyze your progress
